We like to call this get away – a week of freedom. Let’s liberate our bodies and minds, rejuvenate our veins and muscles, feed our eyes with immense beauty and our soul with tranquility. Join us in this merging with nature, and its four elements – Water, Sun, Earth and Air, all in one, present and intertwined!

Join us on this retreat and be treated! We will take care of it! The captain, hostess and yoga teacher will make sure you have memorable and relaxing holiday!

During the Yoga Sailing week, there will be yoga sessions daily – in the morning and in the late afternoon with our experienced yoga teacher. We will take care of the equipment. We will practice yoga daily, on different, unique, incredible well-hidden beaches, and meditate on the boat or a beach to the sunset spreading over the horizon. There will be plenty of time for swimming in crystal clear waters, sunbathing (nude if you please), playing, reading, walking in colorful fishermen villages and authentic towns. Join the crew of like-minded people, nature lovers, make new friends for life. And it is true – one week on the sea worth’s more than a lifetime to get to know someone!

 

Yoga Sailing healthy meals

Indulge in delicious meals we’ll be preparing for our guests! We offer well balanced breakfasts, light lunches and delicious dinners! Good Greek wine will be there to spice up every sun set! We can make barbeques on the beach in the evenings or go dancing in local bars or tavernas.

Join us on this exquisite luxurious trip. The Yoga Sailing Week package includes seven days sailing and accommodation on the large 52 ft sailing yacht or catamaran, yoga sessions twice daily (with provided equipment such as yoga mat), prepared healthy meals (vegan, vegetarian, regular – as you prefer) made of local ingredients, wine and cocktails, snorkeling gear and all fees and taxes included.

MARINA, yoga teacher: Graduated trainer and sport manager. Licensed yoga teacher, with more than 8 years of experience in fitness, pilates and yoga- private and group sessions. Marina is passionate about different yoga styles and will be happy to help you find your balance in natural settings.

JELENA, hostess, nutritionist

JELENA, hostess, nutritionist: By nature, a gourmand and cook, will make sure that you indulge in delicious yet healthy food. Each of her meals is a feast, and you will be served as in the best restaurants – on the boat. She uses local, fresh ingredients to make a symphony of taste and scent. Jelena has hosted sailing trips with Dado for two years which made her fall in love with Greek islands!
